The Aragonese Sports Law committed the Government of Aragon to submit to the Aragon Parliament a draft Law on mountain and ski areas that should have been a pioneer in Spain. Our Firm was previously committed to elaborate a comparative legal study on ski areas in order to suggest recommendations to the Government of Aragon on most plausible solutions for this region.
