From the beginning of the 04-05 ski season

AV ASESORES has been appointed by ARAMÓN, Montañas de Aragón, S.A. (a holding managing Formigal, Cerler, Panticosa, Valdelinares and Javalambre ski resorts) to manage their Customer Defense Service from the beginning of the 2004-2005 ski season.

AV ASESORES has a sound experience in this area, as in 1996 designed and put into service the Customer Defense Service of Formigal Ski resort, a pioneer service within the Spanish Ski sector. From 1996 to 2001, AV ASESORES managed said service, solving about 600 claims every season.
