More than 40 business diagnosis performed since July 2004

Since last July, our senior partners Ana Hernández Serena and Valle García de Novales are carrying out a technical assistence to the Aragon Institute for Promotion  (Instituto Aragonés de Fomento -IAF-) by elaborating business diagnosis analysis within the framework of the so-called Programa EMPRESA (Business Programme).

The so-called Programa EMPRESA aims at improving the competitive position of Aragonese companies by offering them a collection of initiatives to help them know, assimilate and implement the best tools and innovative business management patterns.

This Program acts on the following areas: Management, Human Capital,  Finances, Marketing and Production-Logistics-I+D+I.

After the diagnosis analysis, AV ASESORES will provide the participating companies with training and consultancy services in its specialisation areas.
